چکیده
Environmental pollution occurs in nature as air, soil and water a result it affects whole ecosystem including human beings. Although industrialization technological developments have made life easier than before, recent years, they triggered environmental pollution. Cadmium, which is toxic pollutant for all living things, one of the most important element heavy metal pollutants. In this study, was aimed to determine gene expression changes tomato plant under Cd stress. Molecular response plants stress examined by transcript accumulation analysis two stress-related genes: (i) MT-2 (metallothionine-2) encodes binding protein (ii) The GR-1 (glutathione reductase-1) glutathione reductase enzyme marker ROS scavenging mechanism. Expression differences genes seedlings exposed cadmium at different concentrations ranging from 20 1280 mg L-1 24 hours were determined performing quantitative real-time PCR. results obtained study showed that play an role mechanism protection against addition, physiological properties been associated with accumulation.

In Vitro Preservation of Transgenic Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) Plants Overexpressing the Stress-Related SlAREB1 Transcription Factor
In vitro preservation of transgenic tomato lines overexpressing the stress-responsive transcription factor SlAREB1 was studied by using slow growth and cryopreservation techniques. Slow growth preservation was performed by using different concentrations of sucrose (0, 100, 200, 300 mm) and abscisic acid (0, 4, 8, 12 μm) in Murashige and Skoog (MS) media, while cryopreservation was conducted by ...

Two different Pb concentrations (5 and 10 mg/kg of PbAc2) were used to study the response of Solanum lycopersicum L. cv. Micro-Tom (MT) plants in two vegetative growth phases. Two genes that have been previously reported to be heavy metal inducible genes (superoxide dismutase, SOD, EC 1.15.1.1; and isofl avone reductase, IFR; EC 1.6.4.2) and another one putatively interesting in this fi eld (tr...
متن کاملExogenous nitric oxide (NO) ameliorates salinity-induced oxidative stress in tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) plants
Nitric oxide (NO) is involved in numerous physiological and stress responses in higher plants. Tomato is one of the most important vegetable crops in the world and previously it has been reported that salinity induced an oxidative stress affecting its redox and NO homeostasis. Using tomato plant exposed to 120 mM NaCl, it was studied whether the exogenous application of NO could ameliorate the ...
متن کاملCloning and Expression Profiling of the Polycomb Gene, Retinoblastoma-related Protein from Tomato Solanum lycopersicum L.
Cell cycle regulation mechanisms appear to be conserved throughout eukaryotic evolution. One of the important proteins involved in the regulation of cell cycle processes is retinoblastoma-related protein (RBR), which is a negative regulator of cell cycle progression, controlling the G1/S transition in plants and animals. In this study, we present the cloning and genomic structure of a putative ...
